Payment Terms
1. As per our standard policy, a 100% advance payment (prior to arrival) is required to confirm all bookings, including hotel accommodation and transportation.
2. For your comfort and convenience, we are pleased to offer the following flexible payment schedule:
• 50% advance payment at the time of booking confirmation
• Remaining 50% balance payable upon your arrival in Sri Lanka
Note: If you prefer to follow our standard 100% prepayment policy, please inform us, and we will gladly adjust the terms accordingly.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
All hotel accommodations are subject to availability at the time of booking. In the event of unavailability, we will propose suitable alternative hotels of equal or higher standard for your approval.
Cancellation Charges (based on notice period prior to arrival):
✓ More than 4 weeks before arrival — No charge
✓ 4 to 2 weeks before arrival — 50% of total accommodation cost
✓ 2 to 1 week before arrival — 75% of total accommodation cost
✓ Less than 1 week before arrival or no-show — 100% charge applies
This policy also applies to any reduction in the number of rooms or participants after booking confirmation.
Tour Price Includes
✅ Accommodation on a BB (Bed & Breakfast) basis — Includes daily breakfast and overnight stay at the hotels listed in your itinerary.
✅ Private, air-conditioned vehicle with a professional English-speaking chauffeur-guide for the duration of the tour
✅ All highway tolls and parking fees
✅ Complimentary airport transfers — Pick-up and drop-off at Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB)
✅ Complimentary local SIM card provided upon arrival for easy communication during your stay
Tour Price Excludes
❌ Sri Lanka visa fees
❌ Personal tips and gratuities (e.g., bellboys, housekeeping, drivers)
❌ Travel insurance
❌ Beverages during meals
❌ Entrance fees to attractions and sites
❌ Any activities or excursions not included in the agreed itinerary
Important Notes:
▪ Visits to locations outside the agreed itinerary will incur additional charges based on distance and time required.
▪ Prices quoted are subject to change in the event of sudden fuel price increases or changes in government taxes or levies.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to hotel availability. Additional charges may apply.

Nationals of 77 countries are eligible for visa-free entry to Sri Lanka for tourism purposes, allowing a 30-day stay without charge.
